MY LITTLE HAVANA COURSES - IN PERSON
GENERAL ENROLMENTS

♦️TRY BEFORE YOU BUY POLICY — Through a trial class, we believe you get a taste and general idea of what we offer. After which, if you choose to purchase a course, it is at your own discretion. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on enrolments for any changes of mind. We encourage you to “try before you buy” – trial our classes first time, first class at $15 (60 minute class) $20 (75 or 90 minute class) before registering for a course. Please note, should a course be full, we will not be able to permit trial classes due to spacing and distancing rules under COVID-19 compliance.

♦️CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS — a. Can I cancel my course? If you purchased a course, you have 48 hours from the date/time of your purchase to cancel and receive a refund. Once you have commenced your course, you will not be entitled to a refund for change of mind. b. I'm sick / incapacitated Sudden changes in life circumstances meaning you are incapacitated or sick. You will need to provide a certificate from a qualified medical practitioner stating you cannot exercise for the rest of your agreed term at My Little Havana, in addition to providing further supporting documents. * In the above case, you will entitled to receive a refund of 50% of the remaining term/period of your course, i.e. if you have only 2 weeks left of class, you will receive a refund at the value of 1 week of class. c. Can I transfer my course? No, courses are not transferrable. d. Can I cancel my attendance to a workshop? We do not offer refunds to pre-paid workshops.

♦️ ATTENDANCE POLICY — We understand life happens and sometimes you can’t attend your regular class. In this case, you will need to catch up on class material. You can do so via: a. watching the videos available to you in your private class group in Facebook; b. arrange a private lesson via emailing joanne@mivida.com.au - discounted prices are offered to enrolled students c. catch up with course colleagues and review material d. purchase an online course in the same material (if available)

♦️NO-ROLLOVER POLICY — Unfortunately, we do not “roll-over” any enrolments or course passes. The only circumstance in which we may provide this possibility are extreme circumstances of family death, you are sick an incapacitated, are seconded for work. These circumstances are considered on a case by case basis. You will need to submit a request with reason, a certificate from a qualified medical practitioner or supply evidence of work secondment to joanne@mivida.com.au.

♦️COURSE CANCELLATIONS — My Little Havana reserve the right to cancel courses should there be insufficient client numbers. In this circumstances, students have the opportunity to: a. transfer into another course b. hold credit for the following term – the credit must be used in the term falling immediately after. c. request a refund

♦️PRIVATE LESSONS— Private lessons must be made through the Academy and held at the studio unless specified. Book at joanne@mivida.com.au. Changes to the Private Lesson time may occur UP TO 12 hours prior to the lesson time. Cancellations by the student WITHIN 12 hours of the appointed lesson time incurs $45 charge. Cancellation by the student within 1 hour of the appointed lesson time incurs 100% private lesson fee.
