Cuban Salsa Beginners
Level 1
You don’t need to have experience in dance to attend and you don’t need a partner to join the course. Just come along, have fun and enjoy the beginning of your salsa journey!
Cuban Salsa Improvers
Level 4
New moves, in casino and rueda, learn more tricks and shines and begin getting fluent in salsa styling. Here you are already social dancing with ease and have mastered all your foundational moves.
Cuban Salsa Intermediate
Level 7
You are able to dance with fluidity and are improving more and more your musicality. You have an excellent understanding of Clave (Son & Rumba) and are creating your own signature moves. You have great body movement and style and feel at ease with Rumba. You start to implement Afro-Cuban into your dance.
Cuban Salsa Advanced Beginners
Level 2
Course Level 2 is about refining the basics and building a repertoire of basic social moves. This course is excellent for improving technique. Lets start to dance Rueda!
Cuban Salsa Advanced Improvers
Level 5
Hello confidence and social dance ease! In this course, we pick up the pace, get you implementing Rumba into your salsa and continue to refine your authentic Cuban style. You are focusing on mastering your body movement for Casino.
Cuban Salsa Intermediate Advanced
Level 8
Musicality and execution is the key here. You feel 90% confident with Cuban music with the ability to differentiate various Cuban music genres such as Son, Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Timba, Songo, Reggaeton, and are at ease with interpreting and doing basic Afro-Cuban moves. Your body movement is fluid and clean.
Cuban Salsa Pre-Improvers
Level 3
Course Level 3 New moves and the introduction to styling. Continue to build your technique and confidence and start implementing some musicality!
Cuban Salsa Pre-Intermediate
Level 6
Speed and agility, fluidity and easy of execution are the goals. Your salsa combinations are based on length and musicality. You begin experimenting and in this level you are dancing Rumba with more confidence and understand where to implement it on the dance floor.
Cuban Salsa Advanced #1
Level 9
Great technique, body movement, musicality and understanding of Cuban music and dance history and culture. From here its all about refinement!

Rueda de Casino
Adv Beginners to Adv Intermediate
Level 2 - 7+
Born from Cuban Salsa (Casino), Rueda de Casino “Casino Wheel” is a style danced with many couples in a circle or “wheel” formation. Originating in Havana, moves are instructed by the “caller” after which the group performs the moves in synchrony.
Latin Dance Fitness / Caribbean Fit
Open Level
Have fun, get fitter and dance various styles of Latin dance to an upbeat and aerobics style class. Open to all dance levels.
Salsa Solo / Timba
Improvers to Intermediate
Level 3 - 7+
Improve your interpretation and understanding of various genres of Cuban dance interlaced into a base of Salsa. This class has been reputable for improving your partner dancing skills for its focus on footwork, agility and overall control and styling.
Caribbean Moves

It all begins with groove! In this class dance to afro-house fusion styles that gets you moving, grooving and feeling good all over!
Rumba Cubana w/ Percussion
Men & Women
Open Level
An awesome chance to practice the technique, foundational & body movements used in Rumba, Afro-Cuban in a solo style class. In this class, dive into the basics of Cuban percussion with our guest musicians! Play and dance!
Cuban Styling, Technique & Choreography
Open to all interested to improve poise, presentation, technique in ladies salsa styling and movement. We will wrap up with a choreography.
